Your Webpage address: Lauriks & Associates, Palo Alto, CA, USA further known as "L&A" will establish and maintain a web page for your personal use or your business purposes. The address of this webpage will be www.clickandgotocom/MyName.htm . The "MyName" portion of this website will be replaced with your name or the name of your business.

Establishing, Activation and Maintenance of your Webpage: The Internet address: www.clickandgotocom/MyName.htm, with "MyName" replaced with your choice of your personal or business name, will become your personal webpage and will be maintained by L&A for a monthly fee of $10.00 (US) for a personal use webpage (see Your Webpage Area), or beginning at $20.00 (US) per month for a business use webpage. Please contact L&A for business use and details about a double listing. Your one time set-up and activation fee is $100.00 (US) for a personal use web page and $200.00 (US) for a business use web page. The agreement for maintaining this active webpage by L&A is for a 6 months term, starting from the time your webpage is activated. This term is renewable each 6 months. We will send you a reminder one month prior to your time of renewal. There is no additional cost involved for renewal.

Activation Notice and Changes to your Webpage: L&A will build your webpage and activate it as soon as possible based upon the information you supplied. All maintenance of the webpage is included in your monthly fee. As soon as your webpage is activated you will receive an Activation Notice by email. You will have 10 calendar days to contact L&A by WebBot (use the Order Form) if you would like to make some final changes to your page. These final changes are free. After these free final changes you may continue to make changes at any time by contacting L&A by email or by WebBot at an additional fee of $5.00 (US) per page. This $5.00 (US) fee for additional changes to your active webpage covers an unlimited amount of changes to your web page within a one day period. Small changes like dates or spelling are made free of charge. All changes to your webpage will be made ASAP.

Your Webpage Size: The fees listed above cover a webpage size of one standard 8.5x11 printed page. Any additional required space that exceeds this standard size is available for a small fee.

Your Information for Your Webpage: Your obligation to L&A is to provide all necessary information you intend to use in the creation of your site: the text and the picture(s) and/or logos. This information shall be transmitted by you to L&A by WebBot on the Order Form (see next page) at the time you order your webpage. Details may also be sent by email to clickandgoto@aol.com Data not considered text, must be provided in a ".jpg" or ".gif" format as attachment to your email, send in the format indicated below. L&A reserves the right to decline the use of any name or picture. L&A will not accept text, names or pictures that are already in use and/or are prohibited by any law of the USA or the State of California.

Correspondence with L&A: All email correspondence to L&A must contain the "www.clickandgotocom/MyName.htm" in the subject line of your email, with "MyName" replaced by the name you have selected and agreed to use.

Payment Terms: These Payment Terms cover one Webpage Area as indicated above. The set-up fee of $100.00 (US) for personal or $200.00 (US) for business, is non-refundable and is payable at time of order. The maintenance fee of $10.00 (US) per month for a personal webpage, or starting at $20.00 (US) per month for a business webpage, has to be prepaid for 6 months no later than 10 calendar days after you received your Activation Notice (and you had time to make your final changes). Payment for additional changes or additional pages are due at time of the request. Only payments by major credit card are accepted unless agreed otherwise.

Limitation of Liability: L&A will not be responsible for any of the following causes for your website becoming inactive: ISP downtime or maintenance, storm damage, earthquake, power outages, or any Act of God, etc. Furthermore, L&A shall not be held liable for any Damage theory suffered by you or your business or by any user of this service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of goodwill, data or any other losses resulting from 1) the use or the inability to use the service; 2) unauthorized or accidental loss or alteration of your data or transmission; or 3) any other matter relating to this service.

The service is provided "as is" without the express or implied warranties, including any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. L&A makes no warranty for: 1) the service will meet your requirements; 2) interruption, timely, secure, or error-free service; 3) for accurate or reliable results; and 4) any corrections in software errors.
